Construction Features of Hoist
We ensure the maximum height of lift by designing 'Tekmark' wire rope electric hoist in a way that the head-room (distance between bottom of runway beam and the hook at highest position) is minimum.
- Frame: Our robust frame are fabricated from approved steel sections
- Rope drum: it is grooved at working surface accurately to receive the wire rope in single layer
- Rope guide: it is sturdy and specially designed to guide the wire rope in correct grooves while lifting and lowering
- Gear Box: oil bath lubricated gear box houses the gears machined out of EN-9/EN-24 steel
- Motors: built as per ISS:325, Sq. Cage induction motors are totally enclosed and fan cooled
- Brake: Instant action 'fail-to-safe' electro magnetic DISC/SHOE brakes ensure maximum safety and reliability in operations
- Wire rope: Extra flexible wire rope of 6x37/6x19 construction and of the best plough steel is used to provide a minimum factor of safety as per ISS:3938.
